Platanutres


Prep: 5 minutes | Air fryer: 8 minutes or Frying: 2 minutes | Yield: 1 cup of Platanutres


INGREDIENTS:

1 plantain

1 tbsp for air frying or ½ cup for frying, olive oil or canola oil

salt to taste

seasoning of choice (garlic salt, hint of lime, everything bagel seasoning,

onion powder, salt and vinegar, cinnamon and sugar, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut the green plantain into thin slices, as thin as possible (a mandolin works best for this)

2. Place the slices of platain in a bowl, covered in a little bit of olive oil.

3. Add salt to taste and add in the seasoning of choice*.

4. Place in the air fryer for 8 minutes minutes or until crisp at 350°F or fry them in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Once ready, let cool and then enjoy!
