Bolitas de queso
Prep: 15 minutes | Bake: 10 minutes | Yield: 20 bolitas de queso
INGREDIENTS:
For the bolitas de queso:
2 cups shredded Cheese (cheddar, gouda or mozzarella)
2 eggs
2 tsp cornstarch
2 cups breadcrumbs
For the dipping sauce (optional):
½ cup guava paste
1 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix the cheese, eggs and cornstarch in a bowl.
2. Create balls of desired size with the mixture .
3. Cover the balls with the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the balls until golden brown.
5. Prepare a guava sauce in the microwave and a splash of water for 30 seconds or until it melts.
