Mojito de Parcha
Prep: 5 minutes | Yield: 1 drink
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup of passion fruit pulp or juice
8-10 mint leaves
2 tbsps sugar
½ a lime cut into 4 wedges
1½ oz of white rum (1 shot)
soda or tonic water
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a glass place the mint leaves, sugar and the half lemon cut into 4 pieces and macerate the ingredients (if you don't have a macerator, juice the lime before putting it in the glass).
2. Then pour in the passion fruit pulp (or juice), ice, white rum and mix well.
3. Finish filling the glass with soda or tonic water, mix everything and garnish with some mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
